This project is currently under way. The purpose of this study is to determine future needs of Hanley Road from I-64 in Richmond Heights to Maryland Avenue in Clayton.

The Hanley Road South – Phase 1 Design, started in April 2007, is an improvement intended to relieve the regional choke-point located in the vicinity of Hanley Road at Manchester Road. This project is being done as part of a corridor approach to improve flow along Hanley Road and connectivity between south central St. Louis county and central St. Louis county.
